Mr. METICULOUS, I am involved with a cannabis stock (UN#VC). Have read a ton about this product and the companies involved. It is coming big time. 29 states have already approved cannabis growers/dispensaries and most likely all 50 states soon as the Federal govt is about to leave this up to each state. Most of these growers receiving a license to grow/harvest the MJ cannabis are private companies. Some tough requirements, including financial, are required for that coveted license. Now, these companies will soon need to become public for obvious reason-capital, going international,etc. So they will be seeking out these dead public shells (NNRX) to easily go public via a RM. Green Thumb Industries (GTI) last week did a RM with a Canadian shell in Canada to become public-big bucks ahead for them now. The whole country of Canada will be legal for cannabis production June 1st. The reason I am posting all this is it appears our CEO has some limited experience in drug industry and may very well turn NNRX into one of these public cannabis companies. If so, that is huge, my friend.
