whatever MM is playing around with the 400 share trades of SURE isnt going to trap any MM's in a difficult short position. If I was a MM I would use two different trading accounts and with one account aquire a huge amount of SURE shares (go long) and with the other trading account I would naked short sell and aquire a huge short position in SURE (go short) and then after 13 settlement days there would be a huge fail to deliver position and that would force all MM's to rethink their short positions...its basically a plan where a MM will go after another MM who has a short position and would force that MM to cover.
