Well Dad4487, they are in need of funding. It’s odd to see so many S-1A’s (11 now) from one company. The global connected aircraft summit is being held this June 4-6, 2018 which Marius de Mos & Jason de Mos will be attending. Here is the link:

Who knows maybe they will find a partner there. I’ve been a long on ABWN & have a good amount invested in them. I still believe in the company & I’m just waiting for them to succeed. Time will tell, I’m just being patient.
