Speak for yourself. I doubt most folks believe this story was anything more than the best fiction Seymour and Diwan could agree upon to explain why Seymour suddenly jumped ship 5 months ago.

A "competent CEO", by definition, is someone who wouldn't go along with transferring the majority of NNVC's money into Diwan's personal bank account via Theracour. Not exactly something Diwan would want.

An incompetent CEO might be another matter. That would require finding someone sufficiently unethical and desperate for a salary they'd be willing to rubber-stamp Diwan's payments, salary, and bonuses. And then be willing to be the front-man and point of accountability as the company spirals down the shitter into insolvency. Not a job most sane people would volunteer for.
