The article is not factual. It’s not yet 20%. Constellation can exercise a warrant to purchase
An additional 5% on August 1st 2018. But with an NYSE listing will they?
Ownership of 10% or more of a publicly traded company is a real big hassle with paperwork and
compliance with NYSE rules. Maybe Constellation would be better off with 100% of Canopy.
