A few markers IMHO

Looking for serious Sales team - it is a puzzler to me that we don’t have any in place yet. At least one w national experience and small co growth in food/bev.

Looking for a pilot prioritized national (pro)active and transparent sales and marketing plan w affiliate , consignment , and commission effort particularity in pot states, major university cities. Bermuda and upstate NY is good but random and not high concentration.

Share the plan ( in general) -Marketing and sales is about visibility to all. Success breeds

You don’t need an office for an outside sales / marketing team.

The co has been brilliant in bringing the co to this level- but needs hands and experience to go big

It is great how responsive RC is on all fronts, but just too much on one man ( esp w new building, bithive, Vate, uplist, operations etc).

We have the starting product... just need dedicated help to get out fast and grow . This should be an undivided effort - 100% focus by a team w experience., not part time.

The measure should now be for weekly wins.

Understand cost is also issue. How about an overt shareholder sales competition? Kona regional brand friends ( sign up a customer and get 25000 shares, or a few cases) Customer first mover incentives- a tell your friend stamp on cans with reward, Or a Kona ‘board’ club ( snow, surf, water, skate) - target board audiences with additional target branding.
