Because I'm not sure that things will get better with a different CEO. I value experience a lot. It takes one or two years of research to get a good idea of the company. How many years do you think it takes to be able to run it?

We are better off putting someone on the BOD who can counteract or fill in the gaps. Dan has already some influence I guess but we need more. Garrett is the obvious candidate but I don't think he wants to.

And try to find a Chinese CEO who does focus on shareholder value. Chances are you'll end up with someone who takes the money and runs.

There are a number of things they can do. Make Tony CEO of CA or whatever. They can figure it out. I think Solomon may dump his A-shares at some point but now is probably not the right time.

If I ask the question you want me to then I will not get a clear answer. It is not possible. And what's the purpose anyway. They will figure it out.
