That's an oxymoronic statement isn't it?
The small quantities needed for human clinical trials are "marketable" quantities? What's the word "marketable" doing in there? Apart from the amount question there's a status question, isn't there? How can drugs to be manufactured for human clinical trials, hence not yet approved, be marketable?
