I note that the stock has dropped -90% since I last looked at it and I still read posts about share dumping. This is a bit surprising.

It's not surprising to most. They have failed to show they can generate legitimate business. Shareholder value goes down with dilution and they are broke even with the money from that. No clients, no harvests, no assets they can turn into money. Meaning they are fake. Loans from loan sharks are done in desperation and in lack of normal business income.
Dishonesty, dilution and desperation, if there is one stock in the world to show as an example where NOT to invest and you want to be able to make a really long essay WHY NOT, then this is your choice.
It has just about all possible bad qualities that an investment should not have.

And since two years it's down 97,5%, not just 90%. If you had 10 000 invested you saved 9750, good call to sell.
