No??????. I have not seen any bankruptcy filings, and we have also not heard a peep from this company since that October Press release. They did promise periodic updates to keep investors in the loop. There is now not even any press releases from October or prior in that section of website. Has anybody called the transfer agent to ask what’s the word? Probably not bad idea, since no one answers corporate phone number. Ever.
