No this isn’t that kind of play! This is already MERGE IN! This custodian had a candidate and it’s already been filed with NVSOS. Check the stickied posts...the merge in company is doing all the filing etc with their attorney.

Not your typical custodianship play-we are already at the end game, just need final announcements and filings to get them current.
