Good evening all. I contacted the company and was advised there is 0 convertible debt and the company is currently working with legal counsel to bring the company current. They also said to expect plenty of news this summer after everything's finalized. I would recommend calling the co.

He confirmed there's zero dilution and stated over 200 million shares are restricted through 2019. (Held by insiders)
