The issue here is not who's the saint and who's the devil. I'll leave that for Higher Authorities to determine.
What is at stake, given the current situation, is the stark reality that Dodd and Esposito have, reluctantly, and only due to the bind which was not of their own making, are not fighting, and are opting for liquidation.
There is still a chance to salvage the Ch. 11 option. Let's get beyond the labeling and condemnations, and see if we can come out of this with something in the framework of Ch.11.
