FACT:

AGRiMED has submitted applications for cultivation and dispensaries in Ohio.

Legal marijuana companies submitted 17 dispensary applications for Cincinnati and 19 for Dayton in the Southwest Region of Ohio. Only three licenses can be located in each of those two districts though.

Earlier this year Agrimed obtained a license to perform grower and processor functions in Pennsylvania. The company broke ground on a facility in Carmichaels, PA in October. Its leadership team in PA includes CEO Sterling Crockett, Chairman Bruce Goldman, NFL Hall of Fame Steeler Jack Ham, and Dr. Julian Bailes.
