what you people fail to grasp is that the nt filing was invalid for it's stated purpose. Q3 was due may 15 so a valid nt filing would have been filed on may 15 and given them until may 20 to file the Q. But They filed the nt on may 21 so it had ZERO vallidity. Either the filing was a con game to pump the price or they intend to file one or more Qs shortly and they just giving a heads up. But the nt filing had no legal basis whatsoever.
