Ok, just had 28 minute conversation with Cliff Rusin, President of LVVV.
The biggest holdup (Cliff's opinion) is the incredibly slow bureaucratic process that's slowing down ANYTHING to do with a municipality from Coachella to Cali.
It is a necessary part of the process that cannot be avoided...
Pod #1 is about to move over to Coachella, site work is almost done by the city. They have Native American representatives on-site to ensure no relics are disturbed if unearthed...lol
Pod #2 is in the planning stage as well.
Cliff said each Pod will grow about 16,000 to 20,000 clones with a turn around time of 21 to 23 days.
Get this, he said each clone will sell for around 6 or 7 bucks...
He said that they have verbal agreements from buyers but are still working to finalize the written contracts.
Until written contracts are completed, they will not release PR's.
He said that the enthusiasm and buy-in from the city of Coachella officials regarding the 7X Pure Pilot program was "very strong", and that they are working with them to iron out the many aspects of the Pilot program before they can roll out the details to the shareholders.
Cliff said the 7X Pure program is in his opinion the major focus of their effort, is moving forward as planned, and has the potential to be huge, an industry changer...
He said they have big plans for the extractor and Mojave Jane that they are currently working on but could not divulge details just yet.
He said he and Bill have discussed putting out a video updating us and are trying to get something out in the next few weeks.
He said they have so many things in the works that they are trying to finalize, that it's difficult to get a video out because things are changing daily.
They're aware of the MM's affecting the SP and are asking the shareholders to hold on because there will be updates coming out in the next few days and much larger news coming over the next few months.
He closed by telling me that they are very much on plan with their business plans, that "big things" are coming together which will positively affect the SP, but they are taking time and that as they are finalized, LVVV will share that information...
