Agreed. One has to wonder what’s going on. They put out an 8-K stating the 10-Q will be released by May 18, then they blast through their deadline without so much as a word or SEC filing explaining why. Would be fantastic if there was a settlement on the table and this delay is conjoined with finializing the existing audit.

Just speculation and opinion. Nothing more.
