I think once the potential is fully understood there is no limit to the price. Pick any of the scenarios below and you can see $.06 is a joke.

In October 2016, a company named Americann, Inc (ACAN) announced:
The Company plans to develop the property as the Massachusetts Medical Cannabis Center, one of the largest and most technologically advanced cannabis cultivation facilities in the nation. The MMCC is approved for nearly 1,000,000 square feet of medical cannabis cultivation and processing in Freetown, Massachusetts.

Compared to GNCC's
The MJ Brown Research Center and Bright Green greenhouse facility are a $160 million development that will cover 5.8 million square feet, the equivalent of 4,000 average size homes.

ACAN has 20M shares outstanding and a 8M share float.
GNCC has 95M shares outstanding and a 30M float.

ACAN market cap is currently $84M, but maxed out at $107M
GNCC market cap is currently $6M. An $84M market cap puts GNCC at $0.95. A $107M market cap puts GNCC at $1.18

CYPE is a merger without the merging company's details yet and that hit a market cap of $54M, in terms of GNCC that's $0.60

LRDR - another merger play with no verifiable details about who the merger is, is at $35M market cap, in terms of GNCC that's $0.39
