Newsflash: until the stock rises A LOT, SMALL, private investors will be the ONLY ones who can drive the PPS up to the point where institutions can join the game—and individual investors like to have a sense of currency and frequency from the companies they sink their hard-earned money into. “Speed to lead,” promptness, and frequency mean a lot here.

The fact that (1) their social media “profiles” are so dated and stale, and (2) we went the entire AUA and now almost a full business day after it with ZERO news/updates/energy tells me that (A) they don’t know what their message coming out of AUA really is, (B) they don’t know how to package it, and/or (C) they don’t know how to interpret the meaning of that messaging (and, more importantly, how to convey that meaning effectively to others. Very frustrating.
