The shell was vacant until the merger took place in Nov. All the assets were within the merged company from my understanding. This was the main reasoning for the reverse merger.... taking the non-public company and merging it into the publicly traded company.

Now the only thing that is lacking is the update on the financials, which will come. They have been on top of every other Q, be it a bit late sometimes. I think they are holding onto it for now because the merge will be quite substantial. Once the Year End is posted, Q1 will be released which will more than likely show an increase of revenue.

At this point, expect the PPS to Jump substantially. No longer a penny stock.

Correct me if I am incorrect in any of this.

And please refrain from the standard "SCAM"/"JBYZ does not exist" comments. Just blowing air.
