There is a name for this kind of behavior (yours) but I want to remain polite. Let me just say that BLIND TRUST can (sometime) create quite displeasing surprises.

In more than 7 years, nothing Worth mentionning did happen. Seriously, I have my doubt about what the management behavior realy is (Conservative, incompetent, dishonest, ...).

One thing however is for sure ... They are not transparent whatsoever.
