The man had things going in a better direction and bam, stupid hit him in the side of the head and he made a decision to not stay current in his filings for the first time in a very long time.

Don't wish anything bad on anyone but when the bid appeared it was time to sell and go away until a later day.

Out of here until we see where Berge intends to go. My best guess without the filings being kept up and without an audit and without a CPA firm that this could very well be headed to the private sector of corporate life.

I wish Berge the best. I just cant stick around when a CEO turns his back on the few shareholders he still had left.

Berge is no longer on the verge.
