you could probably file a complaint with the SEC and they would be more than happy to contact, the owners tell them that they're supposed to file an 8K



MNGG is NOT an SEC registrant. They have no obligation to file an 8-K, nor can they actually do so legally.

The prior 8-K's that were filed by MNGG post deregistration were not legal. Hopefully the SEC took notice of the illegal filings and are watching MNGG for other securities violations.
