Possibly some FBI actions to go along with delisting.
I have heard of shareholders being interviewed by the FBI and DOJ about the huge RS and the subsequent dilution of billions of shares being distributed.
The holders of millions of worthless shares of preferred stock appear to be unhappy with the way things unfolded.
