They picked their shots here. They knew the PPS could be a roller coaster with lofty projections with the majority of their business pickin up beginning in Q2 of this year into 2019. Buying more then could have been a gamble

Waited till they were sure they were posting positive revenue and positive profits, which they did plenty of in Q1 in comparison to last year, and they know there’s plenty more to come - all imo.
