Are they making money? Sounds like from latest filing that is a concern for them. The filing even states how they go about raising capital and what it does with money. Not much is left to wonder about. It sounds like poor management to me and it will continue until funding opportunities dry up and they move on to another scam ( um I mean opprtunity)
