From what I have seen (imo) is that VNDM is and has been unloading the so called 30million shares of Thornburg. However and since the unloading began, it is somewhat apparent that he has instructed VNDM to sell at a certain average PPS. This apparent with not totally dumping everything and causing a great drop in PPS. VNDM sells some and retreats to little higher as and returns when market starts to stabilize and rise slightly.
Thornburg has his agenda and is sticking to it with no rush.
A slow and long slapping of the ask and persistence seem to course to run. A deluge of ask slapping would be welcomed when he is #1 on the ask.
No use arguing over something you have no control over.
