The SEC can extend as how they see fit. This is a good sign to me.
They are actively engaged hopefully. Perhaps the Lt along with some others on the board, some traders here, or a few whales have decided to help out and pay for the audit or whatever is holding up the works.
Being proactive goes much further than sitting and crying.
