legalegaltx, I don't understand your post at all, I was told that; THE FILINGS HAVE BEEN FILED ALREADY! THE SEC HAS TO REVIEW THEM AND PUBLICIZE THEM! As far as "BIG DEALS" are concerned I think your statement of "NEVER HAPPENS" is way off base, Just because these things "HAVEN'T HAPPENED YET" doesn't mean that they are not "IN PROCESS OF COMPLETION" and they will "NEVER" happen. They are just "TAKING LONGER THAN EVERYONE WOULD LIKE", there is an awful lot happening behind the scenes that we don't know about, I have been told bits and pieces of some things, enough to know that "IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN". "I KNOW WHAT THE HOLD-UP IS ON A COUPLE THINGS" and offered to explain them to you, but you decided you didn't want me too (and i'm not posting it either), therefore you remain in the dark. SO BE IT, You made your own choice and seem to have become the biggest complainer on the board.
