10-Q is out. Here are the highlights:

Company has NO cash.

Value of Almaden energy dropped to 3,000.

Value of Energia Reino Verde (ERV/Nicaragua) is zero.

They apparently took an ownership stake in CES Pacific which is valued at zero. Which is odd, since CES says they have billions in projects...???

"Loan" agreements have been fulfilled, no new agreements mentioned.


VSPC is a big, fat ZERO.
