Financials are out. Balance sheet looks great, showing almost $200k in revenue from mining. That is in less than a month and at recently lower bitcoin prices. Mining commenced in early March and financials are as March 31. I would vote to not go through with the merger as the 70 million share dilution would not be worth the less than double output. Let me know if I am off on the GBV capabilities, but I think they have 1,300 of the S9s and we are running 1,400 currently.
