I would appreciate some insight on the following:

Will Jasper Rubber be the manufacturer for Electriplast? Or do they just have approval to use the product with their products. For example, if a large request for an order comes into Integral, will Jasper Rubber have the authority and the go ahead to fill the order? Or, is Jasper Rubber only authorized to use Electriplast only with their product base? I am trying to get a handle on just who will be the raw material maker and supplier? Is it Jasper Rubber? Are they licensed to supply Integral with the "end product"?
