Ridiculous.

I keep my (FREE xxx,xxx SHARES) I already had written off anyhow ... just in case.

As the 1,000 shares I keep the offer open continuously just to see if someone is interested in paying that price in particular.

I'm not as stupid as you seem to believe, I know there is an asset out there (whatever it will endup be Worth and I shall sit on my shares to profit from it whenever time comes.

This being said I just hope current management is what you seem to believe they are and that they will not use preumably justified current wait time to dilute us completely or spend all of what we had, whaev it a Worth.

By the way, the court ruling is now more than 6 years old (Mar 2012 final judgement was issued by the Utah court granting VLXC shareholders $103M plus interest.

Management (if they had any respect for the minority shareholders) would try to explain what justify such a crazy delay in relising hatv it is they preumably try to do.
