First thing I heard Mr. Rutherford, (Not "Rock" because that is disrespectful in a profession interview) is that we are "about to announce the Defense and Petroleum programs being completed right now, plus the technology is transferable" (Hint:transferable, because he flat out said they have the contracts)

That quote is direct from Mr. Rutherford, and it means they have BOTH contracts and programs up and running! whether not we get the news about one or both today we are in great shape.

Hint: He hinted at having a plan and program already in place for cryptocurrency exchange cyber protection!!! WHAT! $$$ easy, easy, easy. If/When they put out a PR for cyber protection for the cryptocurrency world... :D...(The crazy crypto traders money will fly in) We all know its the future of payment, no matter the instability and volatility of cryptocurrency right now, it is the future and its happening now. We OCSY will be offering cyber protection in that field. (how many security breaches have you guys already heard of in the new sector)

Real quick, the change to Emerging Markets Consulting, LLC is already paying off, we will have much much more exposure and that interview is an indication of that.
