Ive been trading for 18 years now, and when a company with this low of a share structure which it reported in the 10Q released yesterday after hours.on May 15 2018 435,981,911 O/S is 100% Correct you know why? Because the ceo can do serious jail time if thats reported on a 10Q. The OTC ive always noticed they are behind on updateing their site. With that being said it demonstrates legit L.O.I deal and revenue. Ive seen stocks like this jump not only to .01 but .2-.5 especially when the name change goes into effect. Mark this post whoever is willing to be patient with this one will make some serious cash, and to be honest all you need is about 5-7 million shares to to reach those levels..heck even 1 million shares will get a rookie trader a start to trading these pennies. But I will say dont let anyone tell you how to spend your money. Do your DD and make a decsion you are comfortable with. UHLN will run to newer highes now..all we needed was validation. That 10Q is what MANY investors wanted to see...now correct me if im wrong watch an 8k come out real soon with some monster news.
