In April of 2018 Quail Management returned to the Company Seven Hundred
and Fifty Million (750,000,000) common shares of stock. Also in April of 2018
Dominick Falso returned to the Company Five Hundred Million (5000,000,000)
common shares of stock. These Stock returns were actually novations in which the
common shares were novated for a total of 5,000 Preferred Series B Shares. Also in
April of 2018 the Company reduced its Authorized Shares to Three Billion
