Considering all of their valuable properties I can see a runway here for the stock



NONE of NBRI's properties are valuable. They are nothing but "moose pasture" which NBRI staked for free.

They keep losing claims for non-payment. Every quarter they have fewer claims because they expire and NBRI has no money to keep them. And it is very telling that the claims they lost are still available for restaking. No one else thinks they are worth even the few hundred or thousand dollars to claim them.
