Read my past DD it goes into great detail about the identity of the CEO - how Bethel doesn't exist - where is the $1.1 million purchase order from Bethel and how it didn't show up in the financials.

And how the CEO failed to properly file the Form 4s - she used the J Transaction Code but didn't provide a description on how the stock was gifted to him/her.
