Best news of all is they are committed to the dividend.

If they don't pay it, they will be shut down by the authorities.

I expect +100% tomorrow and maybe a lot more than that. I'm still not sure about the long term outlook, but short term will be amazing. It does look like the news leaked today, but that happens.

Still some ground to make up, as even assuming 100% rise tomorrow it will still have dropped nearly 97% the past few years.
