Reason #1: Company is not insolvent
Reason #2: Company filed BK to protect “all stakeholders”, including equity.
Reason #3: Company just had an equity offering in March, there are large institutional holders.
Reason #4: Float is less than 100m
Reason #5: Book value alone is over .20 a share
