A FACTUAL POST FROM EARLIER;

This and every other Ticker associated with Sam Talari & Cameron Cox should be shut down by FINRA!

These are simply Investor scams that have ripped off and continue to rip off numerous investors with lies and scams (again this is my opinion) designed to baffle investors and shareholders to a point of giving up. This site, social media and court filings show exactly how the scams and schemes work and have worked to Perfection over the last many years. (Opticon, FutureWorld, etc)

They "invent" new names and new entities to shuffle assets and put on a show to entice new investors (like a ponzu scheme) to buy their shares, on the latest PR. But really, it all just to dump their shares onto the market and cover their bloated salaries and overhead. The dumped Shares were created months earlier by taking on convertible debt. That convertible debt is never planned to be paid back. When the debt is due and Talari or the company doesn't pay it back, THAT debt is converted to tradable shares (at a discount of usually 40% below the market price at the time of conversion) The debt holder now dumps those shares (after talking with Talari about what PR is coming next and when) locking in their 40% profit just by dumping them "at the market".

Now of course as long as the share selling scheme is kept alive, the debt holders will keep loaning them money. Meanwhile those financial companies are also shorting the stock to keep driving it lower ( a downward spiral that will never be fixed until the Reverse split or a reverse merger that gets them a new starting point to do the whole thing over again).

Virtually Every deal they make is with "themselves" or other cronies that are other stinky Pink CEOS doing the same thing. (Again my opinion)

Anyone trading these for the "pop"; I urge you to make your quick money. Trade away and stay out most of the time.

These Tickers are not "get rich quick" opportunities. They are elaborate networks of scams with insiders making real money and brokerage houses making money, NOT the shareholders.

Remember this, Nothing they ever try will ever turn into anything unless, by mistake or by accident (Winning Best Product is a good example).

Actual selling something and having measurable results do not fit into their plans.

Their way out? Usually the same; blame someone for something terrible and claim THAT event or THAT person sabotaged their results. File law suits they never plan on defending or spending money on to get a verdict they know they can't achieve. (Again my opinion) That approach takes too much time and money they don't want to waste - they need it for their salaries and overhead.

But most importantly, Be sure to Tell everyone about what They are doing NEXT! So they can keep selling shares to pay their bills.

REVIEW THEIR HISTORY HERE AND EVERYWHERE YOU SEE THEIR NAMES: patterns are patterns for a reason!
