It's definitely a catch 22, they don't dilute and just spend/waste money on anything but I also don't think they fully understand their obligation to us shareholders as far as public exposure goes. I know prs cost a few bucks but I also know that they have the consistent cash flow to support them without worry.

This is definitely a one sided relationship for me, I love Dclt but they don't seem to love me back.

I also don't think a lot of people realize the difference between Dclt trading below .01 and them trading above .01. The OTC market place looks at them in a whole different light above .01. Even their status on OTC markets will be upgraded and honestly if that's the plan to stay quiet until above .01 I'm ok with it. But we might need something for us to get above that mark. So quiet but not silent.

Lastly it's not just about exposure to traders or investors but also new future partners that will realize Dclt is an upstanding potential long term partner that they can make money with for years to come. Meaning more and more revenue growth which would lead to a higher PPS for all. And I still think any company in the digital signage space would be crazy not to look at Dclt as a perfect buyout candidate especially with those beautiful 75+% gross margins.
