We believe something could possibly be going on here with random block buys (and a large block dump) suddenly coming through last week - even before Trader53 alerted. Most all of the volume has been occurring during the last hour of trading. There's some speculation that the company could possibly be buying shares, but I need to see the rules on that.

Other than that, VCPS has been sitting dormant at .0001 since last October. With occasional random spikes of volume - especially that huge volume spike of 760m back in February.

They have remained SEC current, but have also been (mostly) quiet during that time. There's also been speculation that VCPS is a reverse merger candidate for that reason.

One important fact is that they have not announced an RS, even after the stock was diluted all the way down to 0.0001. For that reason, VCPS is a decent lotto play imo. But of course, trade at your own risk. GLTA.
