As I understand it. They bought the patent from the French for 60k. When I define buying it, I refer to Advanomics. I company they also own, but privately. They held the 60k patent for years, then sold it to themselves sbfm, for millions...as they illustrated it was fair value. Hmmmm....scam. then they held it for years, no progress, then let it go dormant, trying to sell generics...? Makes no sense. Lastly, they gave the patents away to what I am guessing will remain a private company: nox pharma. Worked over shareholders to pay for a phony patent. If you read subsequent filings, from their initial sale from Advanomics (themselves) to sbfm (themselves), they drastically lowered what sbfm owed the private company Advanomics, again, same people, because they couldn't afford it. Not enough shareholders to scam. Someone correct me if I'm off on my facts.......i pretty much know this scam inside and out.
