Well I read up on the accelerated settlement. This lets claim holders to sell their claims now and not have to wait. Looks like most folks will. What is left might be the nucleus of NEWCO. The entity that buys all of the claims will essentially own most of what's left of Lehman Brothers and certainly have majority voting rights for any kind of closeout deal.
