He has worked with several Western European Clients, assisting them in both coming public in US markets as well as capital funding. Chris held series 3,7,63 licenses at various points in the investment banking and commodities industries from 1987 to 1994. In 1995, Mr. Winter opened a private investment banking consulting firm. His company has worked with several companies both domestically and abroad. He has participated in raising over $50,000,000 throughout his career.
