"like they did with the IP" Here is my take on it.

IMO, The IP was literally totally and finally killing us after all the blunders and "negative coincidences". We had lost all chance of moving the IP forward. the previous BOD was scamming us with lies , lies and more lies, AVID was on the downslide with it's one customer Halo delayed and postponed deliveries and subsequent downtown. The third facility was halted becoming a liability, and the second Myford Facility went from full capacity to 50% shut down. you are bemoaning our savior's, no matter what they do short of a complete failure and shut down it will be an upgrade from our previous despicable position.

The new regime has put us in a position to prosper now from the CDMO side and gave us upside in the in the future with respect to the IP.
Let's see those AVID orders for Bavi coming in for the trials. trials some on this message board speculate should be going on around the world.
With any success Milestone payments kick in CDMO receives incrementally up $95 million in payments and amid teen's royalty.

Win /Win.

This is the very best possible scenario we could be in at this point.

We should all be dancing taps on our invest, instead we are full of opportunity.

Won't know what we don't know until it all shakes out.

At least we are in the game.
