In my opinion this is the information for the company that is most to be Reverse Merged into this shell:

Here is the chinese corporate listing:
https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=auto&tl=en&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.qichacha.com%2Ffirm_cbb2e669a6b30164f8602592854ee352.html

notice both CUI JIANZHONG and Gui Ling listed as shareholders on this page.

Look at the main shareholder is another company named Ying Hong Nano Technology Co., Ltd.

Also notice that the name was changed recently from
Tianjin Yinghong Everbright Nanotechnology Co., Ltd.
to
Ying Hong Nano Technology Co., Ltd.

this is most likely the parent company and is also controlled by Cui Jianzhong.

on that last listing you will see the corporate website.

Company Website:
http://www.yinghongnami.com/company.html

Translated version of company website:

Registered capital: RMB 40 million Yuan = $6.3 million usd
https://www.google.com/search?q=40+million+yuan+to+usd&oq=40+million+yuan+to+usd&aqs=chrome..69i57.4352j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Looks like this company has figured out mass production for nano fiber technologies.

Notice all the patents listed for the technology.

Uses for the technology:

https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.yinghongnami.com%2Fproducts.html

Aircraft and highspeed rail cabin interior sound-absorbing materials at 1/4 the weight of traditional material used (weight savings = fuel savings)

Bedding, Tent material, Greenhouse insulation, Building exterior wall thermal barrior, oil absorption felt/cable/cotton.

Valuation:

$6.3 million registered capital / 42 million shares outstanding = .15 book value. Average price to book value in major indices is 3 times. So a price of .25-.45 is possible with this amount of registered capital and patents.

This is all my opinion based off of searching with the help of a friend and is not buying advice. Please do your own DD
