Distribution Date

On the conference call a few weeks ago, Mike West said the spinoff prospectus is being filed this month (May), and that the record date will be announced at the "appropriate time". My guess is we will see the prospectus filed within the next 10 days (and find out if all shares are going to be distributed to BTX shareholders, or just a portion due to tax reasons). I am also guessing they will IPO some shares in order to get some more cash in the kitty, considering they have many projects in the fire, and very little cash to work on them. And, finally, I would expect they'll shoot for a closing date sometime in June, with final date/share price declared once the IPO interest firms up.

Or to answer your question more directly, the distribution date will likely be sometime in the next 2 months.
