My guess is it splits on Monday and opens @ 25-30 cents, then falls to under a penny again within a month.

Spent some time on the phone with Yvonne. IMO, she knows nothing about running a public co.
She actually runs a DOG grooming biz, which fronts Luvoo.com. IMHO, no way to groom this MUTT.

Also, she is doing a 504 stock pffering , post split, which WILL heavily dilute and DROP the share price lickety SPLIT.

We're SELLing our 6MIL shares for a $2MIL tax loss.
